[Resolved]  BSNL — VERY BAD SERVICE

Dear Sir,
I have a broadband connection with my BSNL telephone no 2370198 BUT i am applying for changing address from last 1-2 month i,e dt-8/5/13 and customer care executive commit we are change connections within 1 week but results is not changing my address till now.any one not response me ,

if you unable to changing my address why are you commit me.i am facing many problems.
