BSNL — Disconnecting the landline number

I' Ahri Singh Sroa(hari),had submitted a application regarding disconnecting my Landline number[protected] on 16/3/2011 at Customer care centre ,Nakodar(distt Jalandhar,PUNJAB)
And I have deposited the Landline phone set.
but they gave not taken any action yet.
as i have to leave this country permanently, i want to disconnect this number as early as possible.
Following are the details of this number-
