We have applied for centrex (Pilot No being[protected] on 18.10.2011, but till date the centrex has service has not become operational on the below mentioned number till date.

The receipt copy of the appilation form is attached herewith for your reference. After submitting application forms we are moving one office from another for the service to get started but we are being forwared to various places like a ball in football ground.
Due to non startup of the service we are incurring losses in terms of call charges and in terms of rent accruing at your end. If you cannot provide the service then let us know that you are unable to provide the service and we would look for some other alternative/operator who can provide the service. In this competition market how can BSNL take risk of not providing the service to the customers.
