We from M/s. Faizan Shoes (P) Ltd., Solur, Ambur.
We are having a broad band connection (242058) from BSNL over 6 years and for the last one year we are facing the same problem lot of times, (i.e disconnection of internet service). When we used to complain, they do take several days to sort out the issues. But the problems persist often.
Also they gave a suggestion to change the internet connection from Baroad Band to Wimax Service (newly introduced). As per their suggestion we subscribed one Wimax Connection apart from the BB connection, which finally worked from the connection date i.e[protected] to till[protected].
I complained on 24.02.2012 to one of the J.Es, after some hours he got our Account Number and sorted out issue.
Now, today 25.02.2012 from the morning we had the same problem still not sorted out, and complaining to J.E, he ignored our complaint by rejecting the voice call given to his mobile.
Finally we completely fed up of your connection & your customer service. If you check our previous billing, you can understand that we the upper rated customers in your network for many years. Since you are providing a low customer service, irrespectivness to us, how can we suggest about your network to others.
