BSNL Wimax Broadband Modem — No Connectivity

I'm living in a village named "sathanur" near vandavasi ( Wandawash), tamilnadu..

recently BSNL has introduced the WiMax broadband facility for rural areas.

i've bought a wimax device two months back.

during the first month it worked properly, and the service speed is also good.

the next month i've started getting problems like "No Internet Connectivity", "No Signal", "Even connected with very low speed of 0.3 kbps".

i'm complaining daily about this issue to BSNl, Vandavasi (Vellore Circle).

they are not responding to my complanints.

It is around 12 days i'm not able to access the broadband.

I went to BSNL office for about four times, they are telling that, the problem is not with my receiver, it is with their transmission itself.

They simply tell that they will correct it soon (no date, nothing). i don't know how long it will take for them to identify and correct the problem.

due to these problems i cant submit my M.Tech project report on time and i'm very disappointed about ur service.

I can surrender the device and get refund of my deposit amount. But i dont have any other choice because BSNL is only providing broadband to village areas.

Please take necessary actions to correct these problems and to provide a good customer support at ur offices.

I decided to take a wimax connection from BSNL. But i have to rethink.
Hi friend.. I am from Nambiyur. i also bought this wimax 2 months back... It works properly for 1st month then it started showing errors like "No Network Access". This month signal lost for every 10 minutes and reconnects automatically. I complained to JE, but no response. Try to find a solution for this problem.Because we all from rural areas.

ive bought a wimax couple of months back, recently its not working properly,
ived complaint so many times and they said the probelm is with the trichy regonal office not with me r my system and will be rectified very soon !!!
last 15 days im not able to connct with the internet, but they sent the bill correctly for every month and the sad thing is that ive to pay around 800/-rs per month, there should be some discount for the non working days i mean the problematic days from the bsnl office server,
will they consider my opinion,

Hey there. I live in Trivandrum and recently took BSNL Wimax connection because seriously, none of the other providers does not even have the option o[censored]nlimited broadband. Anyways, 1st I had to pay thru the nose to buy the 20 meters of C6 cable from the outdoor modem to my PC (8000 Rs for the whole thing, they neglected to mention that we were the ones who have to buy the cable after we paid for the modem). Had no troubles with connection during the first month but after 4 months o[censored]sage, its getting worse every day. "connection lost" messages, speeds that do not go above 20 kbps (even dial-up connections had 3 times the speed, for your information) etc,

When I called up to complain they only kept saying that my outdoor modem is not facing the exact direction and all they ever do is tell me to "turn the modem this way and that". Reminded me of the times 10 years back where we had to turn the antenna get a good reception for the TV.

Anyways, my point is - its this bad in an actual city. You can guess how situations in rural areas would be? I had to run a lot just because the damn net connection failed right in middle of registering for my CAT exams so that my ID and password were not recorded correctly. I'm using Idea Netsetter right now and its far better.
My suggestion is go to a town and buy one of those usb net devices. It will give enough speed as long as there is enough mobile phone range in your vicinity even if you're in rural areas
i am from eanduvambadi village in T.V malai dt, tamil nadu. i asked for broadband connection in kalambur bsnl office. but they are not replying properly and they are not ready to give the form also. about 2 weeks i am troubling with them. they didn't take any action..i dont know why they are working.so i want to complaint about bsnl service.. where do i complaint??..what should i do??..and finally i go for other network service...
I also facing this kind of problem through wimax service..
