My telephone instrument of BSNL WLL is installed in 1999 the no. of telephone is[protected] It is very old instrument iits key pad and battery is not working I request to BSNL STAFF to replace the same so many time but BSNL staff not listen for the same the instument locaton is arural area except it there is no mean of communication to my family because they do not use other mode of communication so i humbly request to all concern take necessary action
