BSNL — Wrong billing for Broadband uses

I am using BSNL Broadband on my land line connection[protected]. From few months I got my monthly bill from bsnl, It shows more consumption of Broadband uses. When I download the surmised detail of monthly BB uses (june/jul/aug 13) from BSNL self care sight, I got that there is a lot of difference between selfcare sight uses and uses shown on my monthly bsnl bill. When I contact concern CSC on that problem they told that they can't do anything in this matter. So Pl help me in this matter
