[Resolved]  BSNL. Hungama.com — Music on demand service activated and charged without my confirmation

Dear Sir,

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 2 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.135/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

For the past one week, i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

Dear Sir,

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past many years. My BSNL landline number is[protected]. I want to complain regarding that no as we have not used the Music on Demand service and also unaware of activation of that service. When the bill came only, we came to know that the music on demand service is being activated and the charges has been levied on us.

So please i request you to De-Activate the Music on Demand service as soon as possible and try revert back the charges if possible

BSNL called me and took my e-mail ID and created my fake acc. on bsnl.hungama.com.

BSNL — unnecessary charging extra money in bills

I have not requested for any hangama services. But continuesly for last two bills of my land-line no[protected] I am being charged heavy amount for these.

My landline no is [protected].I have not subscribed to BSNL Hungama.But I am getting charges in my monthly landline bill.There is no response from BSNL on repeated e Mails.The customer care contact no provided in the BSNL Hungama is not reachable.
I never imagine that BSNL is looting its consumers by floating a website in the most unprofessional way.We are unable to either unsubscribe from the website since the drop down provision is not functioning. BSNL has not even entered the options in their source code. It is nothing but daylight robbery.
I am afraid that the higher ups in BSNL is turning blind eye towards this issue. Nobody is answerable in the BSNL hierarchy .
Consumers please join together to initiate action against BSNL.

I am also facing the similar problem of charging without consent for hungama Movie on demand/Music on demand / games on demand and a total of Rs 349 being charged to me from 2012 November. Even though it specifically mentions that the charges is on one time basis, it is being levied on monthly basis. No use in complaining to call center number provided as no caller get proper replies. Also if one resorts to on line mode, it asks us to give our consent through registration and in FAQs they mention that the hungama services can be discontinued anytime. None of the exchanges helping me to sort this problem. My Tel No is[protected].

Dear sir,

When i got call ask for bsnl hungama service i totally refused to even attend their call.But it was surprise to note that Rs.185 /+ tax was added in my bill for the month of July-185 for the refused / denied service .So I request you to kindly DEACTIVATE THE ABOVE SERVICE WITH RETROSPECTIVE IMMEDIETELY.
