I am M.Ramananda Rao from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh& My Telephone no. is[protected].Some time in September, 2013, there was a call and they told me abt. Hungama and asked me to give willingness for subscription and asked me for a trial offer. After that there was no call or information.But to my surprise the bill of september was much higher, which was not served to me and I was out of station.Again the bill of October was also higher. When I returned to Nellore in November and enquired at Bsnl office I was surprised to find that Rs.347 was included in each bill towards Hungama movies, music and Games. I request the authorites concerned to immediately deactivate Hungama subscription and refund me the amount deducted towards unused and unsolicited service. My mail id is: [protected]@gmail.com

I have broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.212.67 in the bill #[protected] dt:[protected]billing for the period[protected] to[protected] has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent over phone and on my personal visit also thru online requested to cancel the same. But to my surprise again the hungama charges charged to us. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly decativate the plan immediately and revise the bill.

I already requested to deactivate the subscrition last month but still the same is continued in this month

PLEASE MAKE AN FULLSTOP TO THIS HUNGAMA THOSE WHO ARE UNNESSARALY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. IF IT HAS NOT DONE WE HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE TO FILE A SUIT AGAINST TO THEM AND WITHDRAW OUR TELEPHONE CONNECTION WITHOUT PAYING THE CURRENT MONTH BILL.

I have been charged a sum of Rs 149 charged for 1 month againist the bill number[protected] dated 6/1/2014 to the bill period from 1/2/2013 to 31/12/2013.My landline number [protected] and mobile num is [protected].I have already requested the password for activating hungama music.But the password is not get yet and the charge of Rs 149 per month is added to our telephone bill.So i request to deactivate my request for hungama music with immediate effect.And i am also requested to reduce an amount of Rs 149 in the next bill.

But I have never used it .But from December onwards, Rs 347 has been included in my bill, I do not understand the rationale behind it.I am being taxed for what I have not availed, So I request that the facilities referred to above may kindly be withdrawn from my broad band immediately.
