With reference to the below mail you advised overphone that for one month games is free and if we continue for one month Rs.200/- will be charged. On downloading one game itself the system get problem and you informed that your person will rectify the problems and will help to down load the games but nobldy approached us and we didnt use any games and we unsubscribed the game on october month itself.

But in our telephone Bill Rs.200/- is charged. kindly let us know the reason you had debited this charges this is not fare from such a big network.

So reply us about this and refund this Rs.200/-.
