Mar 18, 2015 DMAHANTA4's response I have availed broadband HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.299 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately.
i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND ,HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV,HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.from

Yes, these stupid people acting like fraudsters even an national service provider. An early morning "customer rep (like masala talk) called and asked to start "hungama activation", they informed will forward "user id & password" to your email id. But you won't get and when you try to contact provided stupid "toll free number" you will never get the line, either fake or fraud. These type of nuisances made by "BSNL" (even a national organisation) is very headache to customers.

May I be clarified when I had demanded all these hungmana... How can all these amount be charged without my consent and demand? I have not used these in for a second. Hence, I request you to kindly withdraw all these hungama... and credit the amount of Rs.347/- paid by me.

Hey, I have never asked to activate this service for me and they have cheated my mother by saying we will make you listen songs and have activated the service. This is not at all fair and after doing all this they inform that you will be charged Rs. 297 per month. Toll free number is not responding. Please deactivate this service on[protected].
