BSNL — Phone dead for 42 days
Phone dead for 42 daysMy complaint number: 9
Complaint to K.P.Govindiya(Changodar,Ahmedabad)in written cmplaint also send by us through by hand.
phone dead for last 42 days. Dial tone is not coming.
Line men never comes to our home to confirm the error solved. 10 days phone is not working and still BSNL charges monthly rental for full month. Which is real Loot.
Do the needful.

My land line telephone 2512144 is dead since 5th Nov 2010. I have lodged complaint, through 197 as well as talked with Mr. parmar head maintenance of Wadi exchange, have talked to almost all the people in the chain, during this period but nobody seems to care.There is not even courtesy to talk properly.
I request you to take up this matter with BSNL .

BSNL MAKARPURA BARODA — NON ACTIVATION OF LANDLINE NUMBER
I APPLIED FOR NEW LAND LINE CONNECTION SOME 15 DAYS BACK.SOME 10-12 DAYS BACK THEY HAVE FIXED THE INSTRUMENT BUT IT IS DEAD NOT ACTIVATED .SINCE THEN I HAVE MADE SO MANY REQUESTS BUT NO BODY IS RESPONDING.WHOM TO COMPLAINT OR WHOM TO CONTACT?

Landline & Broadband (Modem) Internet Services Not Working
My name is TUSHAR DEVTA. having the Landline No.[protected].
We have launched a Complaint since last one month with BSNL mentioning that the our Landline & Broad Band services are not working, based on the Complaint, a representative from BSNL has visited and checked the Landline & Modem and finally it was concluded that the Modem is not working, hence needs to be replaced.
He also promised us that, he will bring the new modem and replaced with old one within 24 hours.
Till today nothing has been done so far, over & above from the BSNL portal, i got the SMS from BSNL Customer Care mentioning that your querry has been resolved.
Your quick action is hightly appreciated otherwise i need to take up the matter and higher level.

I have made complain on 24.08.2015 with registration no. [protected].and today I have also made complaint for the same but no no. was given advising therein that "There was already have complaint for the same No."
The department though not giving serves for more than -15- days but charge the rent for the said period which should not to taken into account for the next bill.
