[Resolved]  Buckaroo Shoes — shoes found defaulted shopkeeper response not satisfactory.

sir i bought a pair of shoes Buckaro Brand worth Rs.1895 from sole one shoes,centre one mall,vashi.shoes have a warranty of one year.sir after only one day i have purshased shoes ,shoes colour changed from almond green to purple from some corner or edges of the shoes.i looked back to the shop and told shopkeeper to replace these shoes as this is a faulty peace,but shopkeeper told no i send these shoes to company warehouse for testing and get back to you in 7 days,he gave me reciept also,after 7 days when i went to took my shoes ,he told me company person not sent your shoes for testing you will come after 15 days .sir i got back my shoes from him and told him you making me fool and wasting my time and money both i will file a
complaint regarding this matter. He told me whatever you want to do your welcome i will see..

so this is the matter i want my money back and i also have reciept of the bill and unused pair of shoes.
