Samsung Galaxy S3 — defective back camera

I got a defective samsung galaxy s3 from buytheprice.com with no working back camera....
i am mailing them for 2 days but they are not responding....
please tell me what should I do?

they replaced my mobile in 1 week...there is only mail service there for customer support thats why there was delay...I thank buytheprice team for great service. I think I can order any gadget from this site without any fear...
