[Resolved]  BWSSB — Water Supply problem & Officers never respond

Respected Sir,

Subject: Water Crisis & Officers do not respond to the complaints & very rude to me

This letter is to inform you regarding the water crisis in our area for the past one month.

Last 20 days we are not getting water supply properly through BWSSB connection. We have to depend on private water supply agents inspite of having cavery water supply connection. One of the major problem in our area(Road) is that Main water supply line is connected from a downside area towards upside(hill side) area instead o[censored]p to down side. It can be easy rectified by making the Main water supply connection from Upside to down side. This will help to get water supply even when pressure is low.
All the residents in our Road are facing problem because of not having proper water supply.

Also I have been in regular touch with Mr. Malla Reddy & he assures that a tanker will be sent but till date nothing has happened. When questioned he says I have informed the driver if he doesnot come what shall I do. This clearly indicates the poor administration quality of your officers. We have been purchasing water from the private water supply agents. Mr. Chalapthy & Mr. Venkatraju doesnot even bother to respond to my phone calls. I have been sitting in the BWSSb office from 0600hrs to 0800hrs today & have also written in the complaint book for the requirement of a water tanker. I awaited till 1000hrs & no one responded from BWSSB end. At 1020hrs the tankers came & filled for the houses next to us & never bothered to care for us. At last I again managed to get a supply from the private agent. This is really becoming an harassment for me & would request your good self to order for an enquiry. With the above condition it was really a night mare for us to survive for the past one month in that particular area without proper supply of water.

Hence I shall be grateful if your goodselves conducts an thorough investigation & provide me a solution for this problem at the earliest.

we had same problem at no 627 indiranagar second stage .6A main 17th b cross.my house connection is depending on bwssb warter the well is poisoned not usable.can some one help me resolving the issue.
