Power cut on daily basis

No idea how the management is handling the things, i really wonder :)
Electricity cuts are on regular basis for a long time and without any skip (Dedication for cuts) and this is happening only in Ramdutt Enclave C-Block and the supply is very much OK in A & B block looks like P.M is residing there only.

Can anybody answer what is the criteria for electiricity supply in this area ?
