[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply (CESC) — New Connection

Dear Sir,
I applied for new connection on 6.2.09, reference no 14/[protected], but after the inspection is over by the Calcutta Electric Supply Team, inspite of having sufficient space, i got a letter that it is not possible to provide connection as there are no sufficient space in my flat . Now i am chasing them for the last one month . Can you please help me in this regard.
I will be greatful if you kindly assist me in this regard.

Sir I, AMAR KUMAR PAUL, consumer no.[protected], a domestic customer of your esteemed power unit, would like to draw your kind attention to the repairing or replace of meter which seems to be out of order as soon as possible.

I Ms. Nasima Khatun supply at No. 3, Havly Lane Kolkata –700 012 Consumer No. [protected] as a domestic, my average unit used 60 to 65, I would like to inform you that my last (April’ 10) bill is big amount Rs. 570 how, I am finding it difficult to pay the bill. May be there must be mistake in reading or either problem in the meter.
So, I would be grateful if you kindly sort out this problem of high amount billing.

Sub: Replacement of domestic metre.

Sir,
With due honour, I beg to state that the monthly metre reading of Electric Bill of my residence is excessively high and hence affect my domestic consumption by considerable amount.Further, it is to say that my supply line break quite a few time.
I am helpless in this regard and I think my metre is not correct and a replacement of metre may be made to overcome this type of problem.
I hope that you will be kind enough to pass necessary order as early as possible so that my domestic metre soon be replaced.

commercial — no response to collect cash

I registered my commercial add in ur website on 29.09.10(last wednesday) and wanted someone to collect the cash of Rs.440/- + 20/- for premium posting, till this minute no one has come to collect the cash. From 30.09.10 till 6.10.10 I made several calls ( Ms.Meenakshi ) is aware of this. Even she never reponded to me till date.

I was shocked to see this indecent behaviourial attitue from suleka staff. I spent more than 120/- for phone calls, but even then my job is pending.

is being merging by BANGLADESH ENERGY SUPPLY LIMITED as part of INDO BANGLADESH ENERGY TRANSMISSION TREAT.CESC's 4200kv is being sucking out byBESL.CESC is being cut out of kolkata grid,and linked with their.So CESC couldnot supply energy in kolkata ,as before supplying they are sucking out energy and CESC is being energyless helplessly.By seeing this situation NTPC is linking in with their grid,cutting out from CESC and they are also extracting out energy from CESC.they are linking cables so they can supply energy in kolkata in place of CESC and CESC can never again supply energy.

I have applied for new connection vide CESC Form No. [protected] dtd 28.02.2011 in the address of 7/1/2 Padmapukur Lane, Howrah, Pin - 711109 (Flat No. B-2) but inspection not yet done even after lapse of 1 month too Thus, we are facing huge problems and it is very much troublesome to reside there.

I, fervently, request before your honour kindly do the needful so that necessary arrangement may be made forthwith.

I would like to inform you that i had already gave you a complain on 26.03.2011 regarding invisible of Meter Serial Number, Meter Consumer Number, Meter Reading Unit Number and Round Like a plate which rotates continuously.
My Docket Number is:260311/[protected]/260311.
I will also inform you that your Inspection officer has came on either 01.04.11 or 02.04.11 to inspect my meter.And they found the problem and told me that within 15 day your service provider will come and repair my meter.

But i extrmely sorry to say that upto now nobody has come to repair my meter.
And from the last two month i am unable to pay my electricty bill due to non reading o[censored]nit, because your officer is coming to take the reading but he unable to found the Reading Unit NUmber (its get hide).

So i am requesting you to kindly take necessary action regrading my problem
and send your service provider to repair my meter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am Md.Ashraf ali 81/1 g Topsia Road kol-39 consumer no-[protected]
Since last 3 months I am receiving very high electricity bill from CESC Kolkata.Actually we are using 3 fans & 3 Tube lights 1 tv.freeze, washing machine (Day time their is no need of light in my flat) but the Electic bill is coming average1500/- which is very much high than what it should be.
I have a doubt in my mind that either Electric Metre is not working properly or someone is doing Electric theft from our metre as we are unable to check what exactly happening because the metres are locked in a room.
So request you to kindly look into it & resolve it as soon as possible.
