DEAR ALL
CALTECH INTERNATIONAL IS A FRAUD COMPANY. THE DIRECTOR MR. TANMOY KUMAR BANDHYOPADHAYAY RECRUIT LESS EXPERIENCE PEOPLE WITH VERY HIGH DESIGNATION BUT AFTER FEW MONTHS HE KEEPS FIRING PEOPLE WITH NO REASON WITHOUT SALARY. HE TAKES MONEY FROM STUDENTS FOR MBBS ADMISSION IN PRIVATE COLLEGES BUT HE DOES NOT DO THAT,
PLEASE BE AWARE GUYS. THIS COMPANY HAS NO FUTURE.....

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY, THE DIRECTOR MR TANMOY KUMAR BANDHYOPADHAYAY DOES NOT PAY
SALARY AND KEEP FIRING EMPLOYEES WITH NO REASON. FIRST HE INSULTS THE EMPLOYEES AND TELL THEM TO RESIGN , BUT AFTERWARDS HE DOES NOT ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION AND DOES NOT ISSUE RELEASE LETTER. MISMANAGEMENT IS ALL AROUND.
HE PROMISES PEOPLE FOR MBBS ADMISSION IN PRIVATE COLLEGES AND FOR THAT HE TAKES MONEY BUT HE FAILS TO KEEP HIS PROMISES. HE OFFERS VERY HIGH DESIGNATION TO NEW COMERS AS THIS IS VERY FANCY TO HIM.
SO PLEASE GUYS BE AWARE OF CALTECH INTERNATIONAL AT NEW ALIPORE.

Its really true... The owner is one of the greatest cheater in India.He takes huge money from different people for MBBS admission but can't do the job. Rather he refuses to pay the amount and gives threat. Even employees who are the valuable assets of his organization are leaving the co. with broken heart. He is not paying them properly and when the resigned-employee contacts him for his/her expected salary (i.e. employee is not begging, he wants remuneration for his labor) he shows them varies reasons and last of all----Threat.
So all the people are requested to be careful from Caltech International.

this director Tanmoy Kumar Bandhyoapadhayay is spoiling people's career. he does not pay professional tax. he claims that his company is 7 yrs old, which is not. attrition rate is higher than a call centre. he is a great politician. he tied up with Lovely Professional University, he is not supposed to run any other business but he runs placement agency, add agency, business school, MBBS admission in under one name.
first he confuses people and then put mental pressure. he threats people to get arrested. he insist people to declare their low salary to avoide P. TAX

The Inception of Caltech International was in 2005 and let that be put on record.The company is a member of Indian Chamber Of Commerce, British Council and Indus Foundation.The company is affiliated from Lovely Professional University and approved member of Indian Management Association.It is also associated with IRCTC and Times Of India.This is an ISO certified company with very high rating on quality standards.
There was a group of people involved in geo-paradising a business value of more than 45 lacs in a very short span and left the organisation without even returning company's intellectual property and other things.
This organisation has got a reputation of good governance which is reflected in their monthly magazine -' e buzz', which is available on the website.
These people, have a malafied intention to malign the organisation and the owner.
The society is hereby cautioned about these rogues and their activities.
This organisation is absolutely transparent and anyone is welcome to verify and visit.

Oh really?????? If it is so then why inspectors from P.Tax office went there???
It is a member of Indian Chamber of Commerce. Very good. But are the members of ICC aware of the fact that this co. is not paying P.Tax??? Is it lawful?
Why salaries of ex-employees are not cleared yet???? they have worked for more than two-three months.
Its shame of u Caltech International. People who are working in Caltech International are worried day by day about their future..

reason 1 ... I would like to let you know that British Council, Indus Foundation, IRCTC, Times Of India and " E- Buzz", these few things does not prove the company's strength. " British Council - the company has got a membership like a student can get for library. company paid money for membership and got some library card. IRCTC, and Time Of India - Caltech International is a just a booking center for these two like others booking center in every lanes in Kolkata city. For your information any body can get these agencies with a sufficient amount of place, one computer, one land line. Including Indus Foundation, all Membership you have mentioned, does not require employee strength, attrition rate and matter of P. TAX. Any body can get the membership who can afford the money. E-Buzz- Do you really think that e-buzz is something, which you can show as your transparency?????????. sorry to say story does not make any sense. Some times you say that the company is new (" to avoid P. TAX") and some times you say it is old, very convenient huh! Actually Company hasn't got any mission or vision either. You took huge money from students for MBBS admission but neither you give admission nor money back. Caltech International is ruined students career.

It is more than certain that CALTECHINTERNATIONAL, New Alipore, Kolkata has cheated many having anti national activities under the leadership of accused Tanmoy. Time will prove it.

We witness the CEO of Caltech International, New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053 Tanmoy Kumar Bandyopadhyay is gradually becoming a patient of ‘I’ Phenomenon. Very often and almost in all meetings/personal interactions, of late, he starts – ‘When ‘I’ was in Tata Group, ‘I’ ….. When ‘I’ was in Pepsi ‘I’ ….. When ‘I’ was with L&T ‘I’ ….. ‘I’ keep my home neat ‘I’ ….. ‘I’ have elephant’s memory ‘I’….. Etc‘
This is undoubtedly, a definite case of psychiatric syndrome but is curable if treated early with latest advanced medicines. Now days these are not considered as social stigma, at all. The earlier the treatment – The better is the result. The purpose of this suggestion is to make him aware.

Employees of Caltech International, New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053 under the ownership of Tanmoy are deprived of statutory benefits like PF/Gratuity/ESI etc. These are unlawful. Our government lost revenues for unlawful tax evasion for years together and employees are deprived of their statutory benefits under law for years together - anti national activities by the accused Tanmoy Kumar Bandyopadhyay.

Tanmoy’s no confidence on most of the employees and over confidence & indulgence on few (2-3) and his inabilities to perceive situations has brought the organization to a situation where employees are deprived of timely salaries and are grossly frustrated, thereby reducing the per person yield. The organization with many self-created problems presently is on the back gear. Employees are fearing a shutdown of operation by the CEO thus bringing their careers at stake.
