[Resolved] Canara Bank — FD related | |
Hi, I have applied for fixed deposit on friday 28.11.2008 in canara bank branch anishabad, patna. I had asked for FD interest rate for 2 years on 28.11.2008 and staff member told me that 10.5% for 2 years. But, when i received the FD paper it was mentioned the date of FD 03.12.2008 with change of interest rate 10% for 2 years from 01.12.2008. Can you please guide me to file complaint against this bank?
