[Resolved]  Car Insurance — Non receipt of original Car insurance Paper

I have done the insurance of my Car from Reliance on 15th June 2008.Since, Im not in delhi and presently in Mumbai i asked them to courier my Original insurance Paper to my present address in Mumbai.They send me the scanned copy which is not enough for driving the car on road without the original paper.The address from where I have done the insurance is Reliance general Insurance co ltd, pearl plazaK block, sec 18, Noida .The lady name is Rakhi and her mobile number is 91-[protected].Since from last 3 month im trying to reach her and she is saying everytime that she has courierd me .But when i asked for the courier details she is not able to answer .When i asked to send again she is just saying i have sent it. And she is not atall picking the mobile .She is avaoiding my call also.Please suggest how to get the original insurance paper. rakhi is not responsing properly. And this is a really harassment for the constomer holding the insurance of reliance Insurance.My policy number is [protected].
