[Resolved]  Car Insurance — no addition of CNG KIT

This is to inform you that I am a customer of reliance general insurance. I have lodged a request for no addition of CNG in my cover note & policy for car insurance.I have given all documents related to this problem. I have a quotation which I receive from agent in which CNG is include on same amount.I also discuss with agent (vinay kumar [protected]) regarding this problem during my cover note making, but he said that if there is already mentioned in previous policy then no need to show in cover note.so thats why I wait for original policy.but there is no detail mention of CNG in my renewal policy. Now viney is not picking my phone call. I registered a complaint againt this problem in customer care.customer care told me to talk to mr. brijesh sarreen so solve this problem but this person also doing nothing. Now insurance company saying to include CNG KIT they will charge again. Today I can not drive my without my document
