[Resolved]  CAR LOAN — not able to close my loan

Hi

I am trying to make full payment of my car loan no . (AU[protected] from last two weeks . BUt no one from the axis bank is intersted in helping me out. I have even tried to reach the auto loan department on[protected]/171/170 but no one is picking up the phone. Even the axis bank customer care is helpless and said that they cannot help in case of auto loan . I have know ide what to do now. i even visited axis bank RAC at goregaon to close my laon but the said they cannot do so . Please let me know how can i do it cause i want to make the payment and close it as soon as possible.
