Hello,

Today (10/03/2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a e-ticket. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrassing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

IRCTC — E-TICKET NOT GENERATED BUT PAID

Hello,

Today (31/08/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 14055 Brahmaputra mail from NEW TINSUKIA Jn to NEW JAIPAGURI boarding on 23/09/2011 FOR 6 passengers. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI debit Card, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.
The money has been deducted from my SBI account [protected] Rs 4480/-.
Pls refund the money as early as possible.

I have an IRCTC account which is locked second time.
When i tried to reset the password through forget password link, it asks User id, question and Answer. I provided all the details and it throws an error "Answer is Incorrect". This happend second time and both the times i tried to login through the actual password.
I waited for a week and there was no response from IRCTC customer care. I called them up on 24 Hrs. Customer Support at[protected] and it took about 12 calls to make them understand about the issue. When ever i called up the customer support the person attnding the call will redirect me to someone else after listening to my detail and again i need to explain whole story, inshort that was waste of time and money.
I sent an email at [protected]@irctc.co.in also submit at http://www.consumercourt.in/railways/14030-irctc-login.html and got an automated email as Ticket Confirmation for the request.
IRCTC should hire service and satisfaction oriented support executives so that it a common man has no pain of wasting time and money.

    When IRCTC was started , people wecomed it. Now it is a botheration. It is too slow to have the patience. World is fast and faster, our irctc is slow and slower. Most iritating fact is that , while booking a ticket because of slow process , the fare is deducted but it shows "time expired" . What all nonsense means to embarass the people?
    Let I.R. make it quicker , or let it be stopped.
    >> Another suggestion : To stop malpractices in internet booking , please start putting " date of birth" of the concerned passengers and that should tally with i- cards. Now only age is put and it can be forged .
    Please make programmes accordingly.
    But put irctc at fast truck.

    IRCTC — IRCTC causing botheration

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to bring your attention to IRCTC Railway Ticket Booking related problems. I tried to book railway tickets vide Transaction ID: [protected], Transaction ID: [protected], Transaction ID: [protected] and Transaction ID: [protected].
    Every time the money is remitted by the Bank the ticket was not booked because of communication failure from IRCTC end. In this regard I would request you to bring the attention of public in general and railway ministry in particular on following issues:-
    1) How come the ticket booking could be processed up to last but one stage, all other things went right, money was taken by IRCTC but communication failed or some problem occurred at last stage and ticket could not be booked.
    2) Is it just a coincidence, or pre-planed, well arranged to favor some touts in some way?
    3) What right the IRCTC has to keep the money for so long even when the transaction failed?
    Sir, as you can see the mental torture and botheration caused by these practices needs a tough dealing that only can be done with your help and support. Please help.

    IRCTC — Slow process

    The booking of rail tickets through Internet is very slow and they are debiting the amount from the bank but the ticket will not be confirmed. The ticket will be as transaction failed. Please verify and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

      The IRCTC website which is used for online e-ticket booking is not working properly near about one month. I am absolutely surprised to say that we are saying that we the world one of the best Nation in IT sector. If we are not able to run a government web site, which is very essential in present generation. Then we don’t have any right so say that we are one of the best Nations in the world. Either it should run properly or close the website & circulate instruction to the customer that online reservation is not possible, only counter ticket is possible. We are unnecessarily wastage our time to book ticket online but failed to book. In the same available tickets are finished & we are hopeless. As an Indian, as a sufferer customer I want to see improvement. Otherwise I will lost faith on such facilities provided by Government or Government undertaking organization.

      Sir,
      Today i wish to book two tickets through online booking after logging on into your sight and entered all necessary details. But when I came to the portion of payment I've selected DEPICT CARD option. For depict card showed a list of Banks in which Indian Overseas Bank was not found. IRCTC has listed the Bank Names payable through Depict Cards in which The INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK also seen in the serial no.20 in spite of that i could not pay through using my depict card. Kindly guide me how can i make payment
      through depict card of I.O.B Bank.

      there is no provision for indian overseas bank internet banking or through debit card payment during booking.only 7 out of 41 banks are being shown 9in the debit card payment option ...

      While making payment for IRCTC TICKET, there is no facility to make payment from IOB BANK. Either net banking or debit card option is available. You are therefore requested to look in to the same and RESOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY.

      It is such a waste of time that Nationalised bank list is not updated in the Railway site, Please help to implement this facility URGENTLY.

      I was told by the bank that there will be a facility called others. Which will help to put our required bank name and will take us to that respective site.

      I could not see any such facilities in the site..

      Even after so many complaints, irctc has not tied up with iob bank..we r not able to book tickets with iob card...
      i am booking irctc ticket much more time. But net banking nor working. so many banks available for net banking.But indian overseas bank not available .please rectify the problem.

      i have tried to book é'ticket'many time toady[protected], but i couldn't cross 2nd captcha (imagin). Is it required? why not provide simple method. Also why inserting two captcha? the irctc management think about public and arrange to book with easy way. The time is very important for every body.

      To everyone who has problem making payment through IOB card or any other Bank's cards whose option is not available in the list, do not get panic or annoyed... Here is the way to do the transaction.

      Select (Payment Gateway/Credit Card/Debit Card) option -> select any Gateway (irrespective of powered by)-> click on Make Payment -> Pay with -> Other Bank Debit Card -> Enter your details -> Submit -> Enter your password -> Payment is successful.
      Same problem as others. Next gen site is hopeless. Not able to book tickets using IOB debit card. Tried all the prcedures, simply waste of time. Hope the railways will try to solve these problems. Old site was better and easy.

        To whomsoever it may concern

        My name is Neerav and I have booked my e-ticket having PNR [protected].
        Since 1 week I am trying to check my PNR status but all I am getting is "This service is temporarily unavailable" or some kind of error with code.

        I tried in differemt browsers and in different PCs just to clear my doubt of having low connectivity in my network, but the same problem occured even in the fastest connectivity network.
        I even tried to check the same via mobile phone service providers and there appears same notification on the screen.
        The problem is in Indian Railways services only.

        It feels very ridiculous and abhorrent to check every 3-4 hours everyday without achieving result for which we waste time.

        I hereby would like to request to convey these greviances to proper authority and hope that the required actions will be taken by responsible persons so that passengers do not suffer for these kind of mistakes.

            Stop Menace of govt railway ticket counter employees for tatkal /general railway tickets with connivance with illegal railway agents and others nothing is stopped till now only increase commission charges on tickets.nothing changed with irctc web site from timing-8am to 9am irctc only suspends legal agents.

            i went to book tatkal ticket in chennai beach railway...there are soo many agents and broakers who come and sleep late night and secure their place in the front...since tatkal tickets normally gets booked in 15 mins from the commencement of reservation at 8 A.M....soo many are getting affected...THIS CANNOT TAKE PLACE WITHOUT THE NOTICE OF WORKING STAFFS....kindly make some remedial measures to make the railway department to serve further of the indian citizens.

            Indian Railways — illegal selling of railways tickets

            Sir,
            i would like to bring to your notice that it has become impossible for the common man in delhi to get a confirmed ticket.The server gets blocked during the hours-8:00a.m. to around 8:20a.m. and when the site opens the seats are all packed.Also,at the reservation centres we see that the seats are packed within minutes but it is quite astonishing to find out that certain private dealers can still offer us confirmed tickets at a price which we common man cannot afford.
            Trying to find a reason for this,we have come to the conclusion that these dealers,with the help of railways employees,book the tickets most probably through special counters.
            Therefore,i would like to request you to take quick action against this and stop the illegal selling of tickets by private dealers.this has caused a lot of trouble to mant people in delhi as getting a confirmed ticket has become close to impossible.

WHOLE NIGHT THEY SLEEP AT STATION & ANOTHER 2 OR 3 PEOPLE THEY KEEP WITH HIM..AND THISWAY THEY BOOKED ALL AVL. TICKET AT 8.00AM. AND COMMON PEOPLE CANN'T GET IT, BEFORE 2-3 DAYS 1 MAN WAS CAUGHT WHO SELL RAILWAY COUNTER TICKET OF 45000RS. AS PER NEWSPAPER. BUT HE HAS MUCH MORE.
            HE SELL THIS TICKET 1500RS EXTRA PER PESSENGER. BUT ONLY 1DAYS HE RELEASED FROM POLISE AND START HIS BUSINESS OF SELLING COUNTER TICKET..RAILWAY STAFF ARE ALSO WITH HIM OTHRWISE THEY CANN'T GIVE HIM TICKETS DAILLY MORNING AND 5-6 TIMES IN DAYS ALSO.THIS PEOPLE LIVED IN NEAR PLATFROM STATION. HIS NAME IS VISWAJEET SINGH RUNNING A HOTELNEAR RAILWAY STATION WHOSE HOTEL NAME IS REGENT HOTEL. . AND HE HAVE NO ANY TYPE OF LICENCED OF SELLING A RAIL COUNTER TICKET. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER..

              pnr->[protected].I have cancelled ticket but balance is not creditted to my account(Rs.431).

              Also i have two transation failed but cash is deducted from my account(for one transation)Rs.311.

              I have booked the following tickets for 18/12/08 & 19/12/08. However, due to suden change of programme, I did not avail the ticket booked for 18/12/08 while on the other hand the tickect booked in the name of Roshan jee padhi on 19/12/08 was relinquished as the plan did not work out. This was intimatede to the TTC conecerned on duuty. Unfortunately, now when I am enti5tled to get refuind of 50%, I am informed, as the chart is prepared, no refund can be ade ? Since I have not availeed the service, I am entitled for the refund.
              I therefore request you to take necessary action for refund of the Ticket amout at the earliest. Failing which, I will be forced to take the shelter of appropriate court for the refund & harassment.

              Isn’t this giving us a chance to request consumer forum to help us get the refund.

              Dear Sir,

              I tried to book ticket via Irctc on 19th Oct.09. I make payment by HDFC bank Ref. no.[protected].
              Total Rs. 440.03 debited from my account, but the ticket was not booked. I also seen in booked history. But ticket was not booked.

              Hence, it is requested to refund this amount to my account.

              I have booked online tatkal ticket from Delhi to Siwan,PNR-[protected].At the time of booking i got waiting list.On the day of journey when i checked the status of the ticket it was waitlist,so i cancelled the ticket but the amount refunded was Rs.0 though i intended to get a full amount as the status of the ticket was waitlist and chart was not prepared.

              I mailed [protected]@irctc.co.in asking about why money refunded was 0.They gave ans that when you booked the ticket,the status is confirmed.
              Though while cancelling the ticket first i checked the status it was waitlist,then i cancelled it.Since i dont have any proof that i cancelled the ticket when it shows waitlist.IRCTC is cheeting its consumers,there should be a track of the staus of the ticket at time of cancellation in the site account.

              Hi,

              I have booked an i-ticket, and journey date being 552009 FROM KANPUR TO NEW DELHI . Train was late by 4 hrs. We filed comp.againts TDR NO.[protected].OF both tickets total no. 6 . PNR NO, [protected]& [protected].
              Since that date i have called serval times to IRCTC TDR contact centre, sent serveral mails and there is no response. Every time i get to hear that reminders have been sent to the concerned, but there is no action. Even i have got physcial copies of those reminders but they do not help.

              God knows who can help me in this. The refund process is disgusting & hopeless.

              I have booked one ticket from Pune to Bangalore but once I have done payment through gateway the "Service Unavailable" error came.The strange thing is that the amount 956.00 has been deducted from my account which should not to be happen.

              IRCTC, New Delhi — unjustified deduction of 50% fare as ticket cancellation charge

              Respected Sir,
              We had booked e-tickets through IRCTC by train No. 2578 Bagmati Express. Date of Journey was 21May 2010.and schedule departure time was 9-00 a.m. When reached to Bangalore City Railway Station(SBC) there was chaos. Train was declared indefinite late due to cyclone in Andhra Pradesh The information was displayed on electronic information board. Later it was declared cancelled. I have cancelled e-ticket according to routine procedure on 21 May2010.after 10-00 a.m. But Railway has refunded only 50% fare (Rs. 1360/-and deducted remaining 50% as cancellation charge. According extant rules if the train is cancelled by railway customer is entitled to 100% refund. Hence, such deduction is not justified.ai had approached IRCTC for the grant of 100% refund of fare. I have been pursuing matter with ITCTC for six months. But the Customer Care instead of helping me would give me evasive and irrelevant answers, summery of which is as below.
              1. (I had) Cancelled reservation ,
              1) 4 hours before the scheduled departure of train. 2)after departure of train
              3) before the announcement regarding cancellation was made 4) before placing of cancellation flag on the computer of railway 5) Flag regarding train running late more than three hours was not placed on computer
              When enquired if information regarding cancellation of train was received by IRCTC from SBC , the IRCTC, instead of giving reply as YES or NO. giving irrelevant answers and hiding information requested by me.
              Since the 2578 Bagmati Express was cancelled by railway 50% deduction as cancellation is not justified. Further, placing of flags regarding cancellation etc of train is the responsibility of the railway. The customer should not be expected to suffer any financial for any irresponsible act on the part of Railway Administration
              I am bringing facts to the notice of Hon. Consumer Forum with a request to help me for Redressal of grievance.

              I tried twice to book tickets for myself from Sealdah to New Jalpaiguri Station by Darjeeling Mail on 13.01.2015 in IInd Class Sleeper through RuPay (State Bank of India, Southern Avenue Branch, Kolkata Debit Card), date of journey being 16.02.2015. But both the times the ticket was not booked despite the fact that the amount was transferred to IRCTC as is evident from the fact that the amount of Rs. 372.49 and Rs.372.48 has been debited from my SBI Savings A/C under transactions no.[protected] and[protected] at 02:06:15 PM and 02:12:05 PM by State Bank of India, Southern Avenue Branch.

              I would therefore request to kindly refund the amount of Rs.372.49+ Rs.372.48 ie.Rs.744.97 back to my Account in State Bank of India, Southern Avenue Branch at the earliest. Hoping for an early action from your end.

                I have already told several times that guard did not gave me any certificate, because I was not aware that a person can travel without the legal ticket (as from your customer care I know now that a person can travel without his/her valid train ticket).

                My ticket was confirmed so I traveled [Dhiraj Patra] only while my wife's ticket was in WL, so I called to ur customer support that time, he told that ur wife's ticket will be cancelled automatically. he did not told anything more than that.

                And rail have definitely have proved that my wife did not traveled surely as a WL passenger can not travel at all.

                If you want to cheat my money no problem go ahead. I shall put it in every where in consumer forum.

                If you do not want to return my hard earned money, then you can cheat a person no problem but I will make it a storm your company cant even imagine.

                    My UserID and Password registered with IRCTC long ago are found INVALID by IRCTC. But It does not allow a NEW Registration with the old Mob Number of mine. It does not suggest any other corrective guideline. It appears anytime one wants to register newly, one has first to buy a new sim with which fresh registration is likely.

                      I was trying to book a I Ticket with IRCTC Website , while booking after making the payment using by HDFC Netbanking option, the web browser did not get redirected to IRCTC portal, so i did not get any confirmation regarding the booked ticket. However if i see the booking history, it says no history found.

                      So i am not sure whether the ticket is being booked or not as i do not have any reference number, neither the ticket got delivered to my registered address .

                            While booking ticket from irctc my money was deducted from my account but i was unable to book the tickets. Now when im asking for the refund of money they (irctc-ggm ,chennai) are saying that they have already refunded my money. But till yet i havn't recieved my money. Im attaching all the details regarding this complain. This is the refund details send to me bye them.

                            I AM AN REGISTERED USER OF IRCTC AS Zahir4U, I USED TO BOOK ONLINE RAIL TICKET THROUGH IRCTC USING MY SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD.BUT ON 18TH MAY 2009 I WAS BOOKING E-TICKET USING MY SBI CARD(RS.2383)WITH TWO TRANSACTIONS, BUT TICKET NOT CAME NOT EVEN ITS SHOWING FAILED TRANSACTION ON IRCTC' WEB SITE BUT MONEY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.I ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THE TRANSACTION ID'S ( [protected], [protected], [protected] ).I ALSO CALLED THE IRCTC'S CUSTOMER CARE TO GET THE DETAILS OF SUCH ID'S.BUT THEY SAID BETTER TO SEND AN MAIL, I ALSO SEND AN MAIL, BUT THE REPLY IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE BY ME.SO I THOUGHT ITS BETTER TO INFORM CONSUMER FORUM.SO SIR ITS A REQUEST PLEASE LOOK AFTER MY MATTER AND TAKE AN APPROPRIATE ACTION TO IT.

                            Without any information, train diverted his root on 18/05/09 from phulera Station instead of Gandhi Nagar Station. I am having the written note from station master with his stamp
                            I filed tdr on 25/05/09 of PNR no- [protected]. Admin has been approved my amount but still i am
                            waiting for the same. I marked mail on [protected]@irctc.co.in for refunding my amont.

Refund yet not received from concerned railway, so we are sending a reminder with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway on dt. 04.09.09 to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.

                            Sir, I am done 05 seats for irctc online reservation to my irctc acount sam_chitte, to 04 jul 11, i will be pay money from my SBI Debit Card of Rs. 3596 from Jammu tawi to Didingul Jn. but some internet connection will be fault that time. so my reservation ticket is not get. then i call to costomer care that replies complaint to irctc. so pl 10 day held but no refund money in my acount so pl request to action on my complaints.
                            Myself, Dr Deepti Vimal with log in user name as deepswap78 had applied for TDR.I had my journey from Sevagram to Secunderabad dated 2nd July 2010 under Tatkal quota in Train Patna - Secunderabad Express, 12792.My PNR number is [protected].Train was late for more than three hours so i had to cancel my trip and therefore i didnt travelled and had applied for TDR.The scheduled time of arrival at Sevagram station is 12:56 pm and i had applied for TDR at around 4:10 pm.Train came after 4:30 pm.

                            You will get the money in another 1 week. It takes time to process refund by the bank. First ask others about the issue rather than getting impatient about money not refunded. Be at peace.

                            I had booked a train ticket for me and my friend for train no 12805 JANMABHOOMI EXP VSKP to SC which is boarded on 15/09/2013.through online in irctc website.when the chart is prepared we had a waiting list of 8 and 9 .when we consulted the TT about the matter he said that we had not been alloted the seat and also ticket is not valid for travelling in general . he said that the money will be refunded back as it is booked through online.so we rushed to the ticket counter and brought another ticket.when we checked the status of our refundable amount it shows that there are no refund available .
                            I had booked a ticket from IRCTC (PNR No:[protected]) using which i was supposed to travel from Cuttack to Bangalore on 16th Oct. On that very day the train was running late by more than 7 hrs. So i had to cancel my journey.
                            In order to cancel my ticket i had to file TDR in the IRCTC website. So i called the Customer Care Executive of IRCTC inquiring of how and at what time i should file TDR against my ticket. A lady had picked up the call and she told me that as the train is running 7 hrs late so you can file the TDR anytime within that delayed time and i did the same.
                            On 4th Nov i received a mail from IRCTC stating that my request has been regretted and the reason being "TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit".
                            I replied them saying that IRCTC is sole responsible for my regression of refund since i had done what their Customer Care Representative had advised me to do. I had asked them for more investigation into this matter as i cannot let my money go for not travelling. But till now i haven't got any response from them. Even after sending reminder mail they are ignoring me and trying to hide from me.

                            Against my TDR request no - less amount have been refunded. Entire Rs.1455.00 should have been refunded but only Rs.480.00 has been refunded.

                            According to the new TDR rules 100% of the amount had to be refunded as the train was late by more than 3 hours and passenger has not traveled. The train was late by more than 3 hours that day.

                            We travelled from lalkuan to new delhi on 29th june 2014 in train number 02039/LKU NDLS AC SPL with PNR number [protected]. we had e-ticket which was partially confirmed i.e. confirmed for 2 and waiting for 2.                             Today date 19 September 2014 courier person come my door 8:30am to delivered the session ticket i have not accepted ticket I told him please return this ticket IRCTC.


                            What is the my loss?

                            1) I have paid Rs. 865 and i can't get ticket on time,

                                Sub: TDR Reference No. ekt[protected].

                                TDR status: TDR filled on 30.05.2011. Case rejected on 06.10.2011.
                                Sending email to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 15.10.2011 and case reopened on 20.10.2011.
                                But still I am not getting any refund, and not yet received any reply from IRCTC. At least one ticket refund should be made by IRCTC. Because of 2nd ticket is in waiting status and passenger not traveled.

                                Case details:

                                Refer PNR NO. [protected] booked on 17.05.2011, Train no. 12905, from Porbandar (PBR) to Howrah (HWH). Boarding from Ahmedabad Stn (ADI) to Howrah (HWH).

                                Ticket status after chart preparation:

                                1. Passenger No 1. - RAC
                                2. Passenger No 2 - Waiting

                                I had booked the subject tickets for me and my wife on 17/05/11 as waiting status WL3 & WL4. After chart prepared only one was confirmed, the status comes for me its RAC and for my wife its Waiting.

                                Since both the ticket was not confirmed, we had cancelled the journey. Because its not possible to going with one RAC seat for 2person for 40hours (2087km) journey and we have a small child of 1.5years also.

                                Still that we are going to station for any chance of availability, the train comes on 00:30at night where as schedule time is 15:40pm on afternoon.

                                Requested to the running TT if any seat available but no seat available and we are bound to cancel the journey.
                                As I know, for RAC ticket some % can be returned but for Waitlisted ticket 100% should be refund.

                                This is a real case, and looking forward for your kind consideration.

                                  I have an IRCTC account which is locked second time.
                                  When i tried to reset the password through forget password link, it asks User id, question and Answer. I provided all the details and it throws an error "Answer is Incorrect". This happend second time and both the times i tried to login through the actual password.
                                  I waited for a week and there was no response from IRCTC customer care. I called them up on 24 Hrs. Customer Support at[protected] and it took about 12 calls to make them understand about the issue. When ever i called up the customer support the person attnding the call will redirect me to someone else after listening to my detail and again i need to explain whole story, inshort that was waste of time and money.
                                  I sent an email at [protected]@irctc.co.in also submit at http://www.consumercourt.in/railways/14030-irctc-login.html and got an automated email as Ticket Confirmation for the request.
                                  IRCTC should hire service and satisfaction oriented support executives so that it a common man has no pain of wasting time and money.

                                    Hi Sir,

                                    recently online booking rules for trains are changed and now online booking can be done in case of tatkal before only 24 hrs. Now in this case whenever i try to do booking in tatkal, i am not able to book my ticket and shows the error and i am logout from site automatically. where authorized agents and vendor are tickets in tatkal also and i have to book my tickets through agents n vendors which i have to pay extra money there. I don't know why IRCTC site is this much low and showing error.

                                      Dear irctc
                                      I have booked a ticket through irctc.co.in at 09:20 pm on 14th feb. 2012 in Train No -19707/19708, Aravali EXPRESS through HDFC banking though net banking facility. Date of journey is 15th April 2012. the total fare of Rs 344.00 has been deducted from my HDFC bank account but no ticket was shown in booked history. payment is deducted from my bank account . so kindly credit the amount back in my account.It was writton that Your session has expired."we Were Trying To Use HDFC payment mode And The Transaction CouldNot Proceed Due To tran not permitted. It was failed.

                                      please refund the amount of rs.344.

                                        Today (14/02/2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on all hw Exp from jaipur Jn to haridwar on 27/02/2012 for katori devi and saroj l. Unfortunately after the payment was made through sbbj payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

                                        This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

                                        Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

                                        sir,i tried to book railway reservation tickets through IRCTC e-ticketing facility on 29th of jan 2011 during the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done . when i checked my account on 29th of jan 2011 balance is showing less amount by Rs 790 .
