forget user id and password

sir...
i forgot my user id and password but i remember my email id m_jgmy@yahoo.co.in... i have to cancel my ticket which is on 23 dec.. and pnr no. is 8548318412.. plz help me out as early as possible

Sir I have forget my irctc password .i put my correct user id there is written your password send in ur E mail id .But when we check our e mail ie sandeepkumarshukla09@gmail.com no password found . we try another 2 or 3 times but there is nothing. and display your password could not be reset my mobile no 09329665849 .sir i booked ticket and want to print .so pl help me and send password as soon as possible to my e mail

to day i have change my old password for safety regions but now i am not able to login by new or old password at the time of login it show "invalid password" by this time i forget my pet's name .
