I had recharged Rs-430 to my BSNL MOBILE NO 9439171785 through AXIS BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm. |

I had recharged Rs-98 to my AIRTEL MOBILE NO 9896711169 through HDFC BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm

Spl Recharge not done even after making payment
yesterday on 16 june i had made a recharge of RS 54 on my bsnl m.no - 9425373286 but recharge has not been done and the amount has been debited .
my order no is 40459837, when i gone to query through paytm account then they have given the statement about the payment failure but payment has been
recived. and also payment balance is not showing in paytm cash accout so you are kindly requested to go through my complain and solve this problem

I had recharged Rs-110 to my BSNL MOBILE NO 9875201831 through ICICI debitcard using Paytm site and I sorry, your recharge of Rs. 110 vide order no. 45069470 failed. Rs. 110 is refunded to your paytm cash for subsequent use. So, please refund Rs. 110 to my bank account immediately.

I had recharged Rs-700 to my vodafone MOBILE NO 9828044884 through AXIS BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I sorry, your recharge of Rs. 700 vide order no. 46231283 failed. Rs. 700 is refunded to your paytm cash for subsequent use. So, please refund Rs. 700 to my bank account immediately.

am Valsamma Joseph. I was trying to recharge my mobile online through care@paytm.com yesterday(27th August)
for Rs.333. But balance didn't come to my mobile. So I have written a complaint in paytm online today (28th) morning.
At 10.30 PM I got a call from a man who called me from this number 08088841833 and told me that he is calling me from idea paytm and he asked me to give my ATM card No, pin No.and my SBI a/C No. By mistake I have given all these details since I was having good faith in care@paytm. I did not doubt.He told me that he would deposit Rs. 333 in account.I called him back when I did not get the balance again. But he did not take the phone or gave any answer. He cut the phone whenever I called him. In the evening when I checked my balance in my SBI account Rs. 1000 has been taken from him. I had balance Rs. 1131 only. That is why he could not take much money. But my atm card no and account no is with him. What should I do? Please help me to get my money back.

i recharged my airtel prepaid number using paytm by means of indian
overseas bank net banking and my order number is 49340681, but i can't get
recharge and money were transferred from my indian oversaea bank
a/c.according to you money should be refunded into my paytm cash in 2hours
but till now it is not refunded...so please response fast on this
issue...and try to imoprove your site and doesn't dissatisfy customers..

As per your statement that my recharge was unsuccessful in idea account on 22/08/2012 for my mobile no.9718292105 and this amount of Rs/-390 will be refund in your bank account after a few days. But this amount has not refund in my bank account till now.So you are requested please transfer this amount in my bank amount.
