[Resolved] Carrier AC — non-availability of technician for service | |||
hi i purchased carrier Window 1.5 tonnage gen x1 on 30/05/2007 with invoice no. 2149 at Khammam, sri srinivasa auto & general stores. 3 days back thermostat was failed and immediately informed to the above said dealer for arrangement of service person. simply he replier that is your headache. we are not responsible for that. In addition to this, once customer was purchased the item from you, you can't do any thing even in the warranty we may not provide service. utmost you can give the complaint to the company. ac is not good, customer care p call karo aaj bhejte hai kal behjte hai, i buy 2 ac carrier date 6june2009 abhi 2saal bhi nai hua k uska compresser ne kaam band kr diye cust cre p call kro to aaj ayega kl ayega itni bad service hai agar brand hi asa hai to kya kare or koi b sunwai nai hai>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Maine 2014 me carrier ac kharida jiska PCB part gya aik lie maine call center pe call kiya un logo ne mujhe st service sanpada new Bombay add . Diya . Jinko maine do PCB ka order diya pr ek lek aye aur paisa dono ka charge kr rhe the . Aur 20 din se roj call kr rhi hu roj bolte hai kal ho jayega. Call center pr call kr kr k thak gyi hu . Nya lene pe agle din hi fitting krk bakra bna lete hai...
