i purchased one 1.5 window ac of carrier co. on 19.04.2010 it is not cooling properly imade comp on.17.5.2010 for the same and engg.ofco said ac working. onapl2012 again cooling problem imade comp. and this time co engg said gas leakage i made the payment for the same and on may 2013 again cooling problem i jmade comp and this again gas leakage i 2nd time make the paymentvide receipt no. 406 dt 14 05 2013. today again cooling problem i face . i willmake comp.about not cooling ac please tell me how many times i face gas leakage and give instruction to the engg for repair correctly my wife is suffering from long illness. pl. repair it without charge any amount and my trust remain on carrier.
