Sir, i applied for duplicate cartificate 12th class roll no. 209311 pass in 1988 from patrachar vidyalaya timarpur new delhi.I deposite all document in march 04 with MO 170/- from visakhapatnam but not received my cartificate. Than I again farworded my document in Sep 08 with DD no. TTK-473599 Dated 19 sep 08 of Rs 175/- still I didnot get the cartificate yet. I Mandeep Singh Roll No.2149185 had passed my 10th class examination in 1998,but i have lost my mark sheet certificate & I have already filled the application form with bank demand draft of Rs.130 & send the form by speed post on 28th june 2011. but still I have not received the new mark sheet.

I failed in my examinations therefore I am appearing in 2012 board examination as a private candidate.
I filled the examination form as a private candidate on 9/9/2011 along with the DD of 575rs(332495) dated 8/9/2011 of SBBJ Jodhpur.
But I received your acknowledgment dated 11/11/2011 in which you demanded for Rs25 more as examination fees and Rs120 as practical fees.
In the private examination form it was stated that I have to submit a DD of Rs575(Rs500 as examination fees and Rs75 as practical fees) and I submitted the DD as per your instructions.
