Sir,
With due regards, I am Kaustubh Luktuke student of class 12. I changed my board after class 11 (from CBSE in 11th to MP board in 12th).
I posted my TC for counter sign to: REGIONAL OFFICER, CBSE TODARMAL MARG, AJMER, PIN:305001, on 16/05/2012 by INDIAN SPEEDPOST SERVICE.But I have not got my TC back.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Countersignature on Transfer Certificate

We solicit reference to our letter dated 22.12.2012, sent through courier service, requesting you to countersign the Transfer Certificate in favour of my son Shri Divyansh Wahane, who was a student of class – III of Kamla Nehru Higher Secondary School, Bhopal for the purpose of new admission in St. Paul Senior Secondary School, Bhopal.

Today on query over telephone, it has come to my knowledge that the aforesaid letter has reached your office on 28 Dec, 2012.

I would request you to kindly send the TC after putting your signature at an early date as the school authorities have become very strict in compliance to their rules to get the admission a valid one.

I would also request you to kindly send a signed scanned copy through e-mail to the following e-mail address, if possible to facilitate the procedure.

It may be mentioned that we had sent our first request in this respect in the month of September, 2012 reply of which is still awaited. As such we have sent the same second time on 22.12.2012. As you know original is to be sent to your office for this purpose, it will be hardly possible to obtain the same for the third time. He will also not be permitted to sit for any examination ahead.
