CBSE — t.c doesn't come from regional office

dear sir/madam,
i had send my t.c. on 28/01/2013 at 16:17 via. speed post for the counter signature but it has yet not come till today i.e. 8/02/2013.i have not got the t.c. (TC No. TC/CPS/12-13/614)yet from the regional officer C.B.S.E ,AJMER(raj.) 305001.kindly help me in this matter.
