[Resolved]  CCAvenues — Amount deducted from my bank account but the amount was not sent to Flipkart.com

I placed an order on Flipkart.com i.e., on-line for the product Philips Headset SHH 7810 on the 10th January 2012 at 3:37 P.M, the order number is OD[protected], and for some reasons the transaction was not successful and my account balance was deducted for the amount Rs. 950/-. I spoke to bank and they said the amount has been cleared from their end and its pending with the merchant side.

Its been more than 48 working days, Neither, I received the product till date nor my account has been credited for the amount (950/-). Kindly let me know what is wrong? and settle the amount.
