CDC — Non-receipt of CDC duly corrected name

I have submitted my CDC No. MUM-185149 to MMD office, mumbai on 22.6.2011 for correction of name along with my colleagues. Though we were promised the corrected CDC will be despatched within 15 days, I COULD NOT RECEIVE the same whereas my colleagues have received their CDC.

I have informed the same to MMD office 2 weeks ago and they have forwarded my complaint to D.G. Shipping, Mumbai. But till date I could not receive my CDC.

I shall be obliged if you request to D.G. Shipping to send my CDC at the earliest.
