DEAR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS HEADS , THIS IS TO INFORM that
THE NEW TREND OF MAKING FRAUDS IN TAMIL NADU IN THE NAME OF PLACEMENT TRAINING , in the name of placement training these concerns are playing inter mediators ROLE, ACTUALLY WHO ARE THEY ? ARE THEY WELL QUALIFY ? ..NO.. .do they registered with educational affairs and state bodies .
IF YOU WANT TO CHECK REALLY WHAT THE TRAINING THEY DO ...
1.The college higher officials have to sit in their training class ... analysis what their training up to ..
2.some of Trainers who take the class is fresher or other college going student but they are gud in communication thats it .do you think these guys will make your students to high dignity? .../ 3. They placement training concern will pretend to act that they have various training centers branches across tamilnadu & banglore but its not true /4 .IN the name of placement they will call 10 to 15 companies to the engineering college and recruit marketing persons / and for BPO/ and local street Hr consultancies ,5.my suggestion is Actually the college it self can appoint placement trainers apart from placement officers..
6.These kind of placement training concern are targeting only colleges established 2-5 years before ..7.Some of the Coimbatore colleges spoiled their name by encouraging these kind of fraud peoples . 7.one of the big kerala based educational institution located in coimbatore has already felt in these frauds. 8.if the trainer doesnt have relevent experience or qualification or fresh other college going student which was sent by placement training concern, the educational institution have all rights to file a case against the trainer as well as the placement concern 9. ministry of education should take imediate steps and regulate these kind of fake trainings / 10. IF THE COLLEGE HAS REAL GUTS PLEASE GIVE TRAINING BY YOUR OWN STAFFS ..
