[Resolved] Celkon — mobile is not working | |||
I had purchased Celkon Mobile(Model C9) on 07/12/2010. From that time, I had faced a lot of trouble with it. Nearly 4 or 5 times i had given it for service in this 8 months. Still the problems are coming one after one . The problem is: Volume of the phone goes low while making voice calls and sometimes battery drains without more usage. Every time they are doing something and saying that the problem is rectified. But the same problem is repeating and irritating me. I’m totally Unsatisfied with your product and I decided to change the company brand of the Mobile. At last I’m directly contacting you because of small hope that you can give any permanent solution for this problem I’m awaiting for your reply Below I’m providing the bill no & details of this Mobile seller: BigC Mobiles Pvt Ltd, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad.
