i bought celkon mobile from Big c Panjagutta,after a week my celkon mobile its not working i have found lot of problems like batt ,sign dropping etc so i want to cont celkon dealer to exchange my mobile phone or i want to tk my money back otherwise iam read to put complaint at cunsumer forum

sir, i have purchased celkon-c9 at the cost of 3499/- model in october 24th at vijay mobiles in kadapa after 2 months at afternoon my phone had display problem there is no service center in kadapa please arrange it or otherwise return my money or exchange it if not i will take severe action on u and i am going to complaint about you on consumer forum please send information on it to my number [protected] please take action immediately
i had purchased celcon mobile c9, 5months before at big c show room khammam.
From some days before my mobile is not charging properly, 2 days before mobile charging pin gets damaged. i brought mobile at big c showroom at habsiguda hyderabad, they replaced mobile charger pin at price of 150 Rupees, after replacement of mobile charger pin, its not charging with the celcon charger but mobile is charging with motorola e8 mobile charger and the cell con charger is also charging for motorola mobile, now iam confusing regarding celcon mobile and charger, is the problem is at celcon mobile or charger

this is rajesh, i have purchased cellkon c9 mobile from bigc mobile store in dilsukhnagar. i could not connect internet from my mobile to pc. kindly say how to connect through it .
My celkon c99 mobile phone charger pin is broken and not working inspite of being 3 times repaired.
touch panel not working.
please help me

yes i do agree with the complaints of celkon, i have bougth celkon c225 15 days ago in Big C, the sales person said that it is running model right now, u wont have any complaints, but this mobile is the worst mobile
its software is not good, it has frequent call drop, worst network serivce.MY sugeestion is not to buy celkon mobile,

Yes, I do agree with the complaints on big-C. Big-C is proved a Big-Cheater !! I had purchased a mobile Celkon-C9 model in july-10 at Big-C showroom at kakinada and it became diffective after 360 days and before warranty it has become non operational .I have continously gone after evry for repiars at Big C Daimond park they made me fooling and also taking money without bill and the C-9 model was working for a day and beocming non operational after next day. One day the head Big C of Daimond park promised me that if you come next for the non operational repair I will give new peice. Unfortunaltey this time alos the my mobile went non opeartional. when reached to the show room he has change his words the Big Cheater at Vizag says he can not replace the mobile.But to my surprise, he said he will replace the display on cost basis. for that also i agreed and kept the set for one week at his custody for repar. But there is no use .It seems the display is not available so easily. Then what is the fate of my mobile? I have purchased it at a cost of Rs.3550/-.The response at Big-C is very poor, and very cool.what ever is happening with the customer reamins so identical that we are becoming fools not only witrh politians by the manufactures .I request ANNA HAZARE TO FIGHT NOT ONLY ON CORRUPTION BUT ALSO ON THE CORRUPT PRACTIES FOLLWWED BY big C SHOW ROOMS.

Big-C is proved a Big-Cheater !! it is coninsidence that the customer are suffering are the same.I have purchased a mobile Celkon-C9 model in july 201 mat Big-C showroom at vishakapatnam daba garden.and it has became diffective within 360 days before the warranty .Then I have taken the C-9 model mobile to Big show service cneter at diamond park he has been shown the problem that we are facing the stop button is n ot functioning. the techinican has assured the this problem can be resolved in house.they c harged 300 rupees when asked for the bill he said for servicing there will not any bill. has worked for ten days. I have again went the same complaint repeated this time they said that key board is faulty we are senidng the faulty key board and we shal give the repaired mobile after ten days it more than one he gives mobile with showing the has reapired and with next two the problem remains the same. this has happened and my warranty period also elapsed. After taking one month the Incharge of Big C Daimond park says that I can only service in the period of warranty . Then when I have asked the customer complaint register they said that such provison is not provided in this show room The Big C has become the known Cheater in Vizag says he cannot help in servicing the mobile.But to my surprise, he said he will service on cost basis with out bill. I REQUEST ANNA HAZARE TO FIGHT NOT ONLY CORRUPTION BUT ALSO CORRUPT SERVICE AGENCIES WHO ARE MISLEADING THE WARRANTY SYSTEM MAKING THE CUSTOMER TO DISSATISFY.
i have buyed a 'celkon c99' but few days back it was fallen down and front pannel was broken i gave order it came yesterday but they r telling 600 rs only for front one and not even with glass i thought it is more and i said them i will come later. So i need the actual cost of it
iam S.narayana Rao i have taken the mobile of celkon c9 on 15th oct 2010 and my display is showing white screen. I had given it to sony ericcson servicing center at dwarakanagar, vizag on 17th august 2011 and my workorder number is WIN118BTS11081.The problem is with the display screen.They said me that it will take one week time to rectify the problem.I have contacted them on 14th sep 2011 and they said that the problem was rectified, on the same day when i went to that centre to take my phone and they said that the problem was not rectified, again they told me that it will take one week time.pls take necessary action immediately to solve the problem or refund my money back otherwise i will go to the consumer court.
i want to knw hw to activate vibration mode in celkon c10 mobile ???
i bought celkon mobile from Big c Ameerpeta, after a 2months my celkon mobile its not working i have found lot of problems while opening the camera DC operation Fail.

I purchased a celkon mobile C9, at Big-C, Tirupathi !! This mobile phone (C9) has all the extraordinary features...like wifi, mobile internet, GPRS, Camera with 3.2MP...but all this features wont working properly...the camera option in china mobiles are better then this mobile..they said that 3.2MP camera...but the pictures taken are worst then the china mobiles. Also it will become switchof[censored]nexpectedly even we keep charging whole night...i suffered a lot because of this [censored]ing mobile which costs 4300/- at the time of purchase. This Big-C people they dont even make a service properly...My suggestion is dont purchase the Celkon mobiles...it will not work properly atleast a month...that to dont try to purchase the mobile phones in Big-C...its not Big-C its a Big- [censored]

Also the charging of this mobile was worst...it wont come even 2hrs...its true

In all the above comments..we can find Big-C & Celkon. They do fraud and make money through their Brand(Big C) & that [censored]ing celkon mobile...please understand and dont purchase a celkon mobile that to in Big C they will cheat smoothly...

I suggest everyone not to buy celkon mobile..
i have purchased after few days mobile is not working..battery prob, in dual sim only 1 sim working, music sound quality very bad, memory card not supported

I just bought a C66i piece 2 hrs ago in BIG C, vijayawada...I can already see that I am cheated...while playing video and audio songs simultaneously, phone crashes - while screen seen, i have seen this multiple times..i have to remove battery and put it back to get it work again, i cant do this everytime...I am seeing other issues as well with this piece..someone has to put an end to this stupid celkon BIG C (cheater) pieces, please donot buy any CELKON PIECES..their customer service is horrible to say the least, they cant replace or give money back for a piece thats not even bought 24hrs ago...
MORAL:"DONOT BUY ANY CELKON PIECES"
