[Resolved] Celkon — poor performance and poor service | |||
respected sir, My name is P.V.Chanukya. I have purchased a Celkon TAB CT 2 in the month of july of this year and sorry to inform that it has failed within 20 days. Its battery was getting down very frequently. I have given the same in service center and after 2 days they have returned saying that its problem has been rectified. But again it has started giving same problem. I was forced to use the CT2 tab with the problem. Again from two dsys its touch screen is not working. Having a great expectation on the Celkon and to encourage an Indian company I have purchased the Celkon CT 2 tab but I am very much depressed by the performance of the tab. Hence request you to kindly intervene and arrange for rectification of the problem immediately or else replace me with a new piece. I would request you to kindly let me know the contact number of authorised person as I am not getting any good responce either from the service center or the customer care.
