Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Cello bottle with Steel casing / Neck brown with Metal coated lid. Just after use of less then times, the lid thread got missed and then not able to close tightly hence water leakage stopped. Now when I visit to the shopkeeper in Sunheri Market, Sec 26, Atta, Noida, they told thad Cello will not give any resolution to this problem. And he given two normal plastic lead with different colour for "Jugad" work.
The complete inner body comes out of steel outer case also. However I have fixed this with some glue.
In whole the performance of the bottle not good because of manufacturing defect. I am become a sufferer.
Is there any solution to this.
