Dear Sir/Madam,This is to inform you that the working staff in Central Bank located in Nagaon, New Market Branch (Natun Bazar) should be given proper training and also need to learn some etiquettes towards their customers (pepole with account). They delay in everything. I once asked one of the employee to give me the IFSC code as it was not mentioned in the pass book. Instead he started making fun and passed a comment to the person sitting next to him about me. This was embrassing for me and I had no time for this stupidity. I have some other work too. Is this what the management recruit people for the Central Bank.

central bank — Blockage & Stoppage of Pension ( PPO #0104030439 )
I got your details from your website. This is in reference to the familiy pension of my mother - Mrs. Basanti Singh being dispensed from the bank (Central Bank, Civil Lines, Allahabad, U.P). The PPO number is [protected] and central bank account number is [protected] (SB). Since Feb 2012, the pension has been stopped and the account blocked. On enquiry we were told by the ;ocal bank official that the account has been blocked and pension stopped since the bank has lost the PPO copy during digitization process and we were asked to resubmit a fresh copy. We then submitted the requested documents and were assured by the bank official that the pension will be restored and account blockage lifted, however it is very unfortunate that this has not been resolved till date even after multiple follow-ups with bank over this long period.Needless to say this has resulted into unnecessary mental harassment and torture for my mother as she has no access to her legitimate pension fund in this age considering her old age. I therefore request you to kindly help us by providing remediation measures on priority basis.

sir mera electronics ka business hai iske liye mujhe alag alga cities mein bank ke madhyam se payment deposit karna padta hai. Kintu central bank jabalpur (mp) ki wright town branch ke manager mujhse deposit lene se inkaar kar dete hain, lekin pehle isi branch se 5-6 time cash deposit kiya phir kehne lage hum nahin deposit karenge aap doosri branch se jama kar dein. Humne kaaran poochha to kehne lage hamari branch link nahin hai. Dear sir ab aap bataayen ki main kya karun. Bank ne pehle cash deposit kaise kiya tha yadi link nahin tha.
