[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — ATM CARD REISSUE

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Dear Sir/Madam,

I lost my ATM card befour four mounth . Few times I have personally visited with concern branch manager and operation manager of the branch but nothing has happened till date.

This is not acceptable from a reputed Govt. organization.

My S.B. a/c no is [protected] with Habra branch,West Bengal.

Requesting you please try to solve my problem as early as possible.
