To TheChairman Central Bank Of India Chander Mukhi ,Nariman Point Mumbai-400021 Sub:-For misbehaviour of manager and staff in your branch.(Keshab pur,Sankari.Burdwan) Respected Sir With due respect I Sk Mafijul Haque,a savings account holder in your branch(Vill-Keshabpur.P.o-Sankari,P.s-Khandaghosh,Dost-Burdwan,Pin-713142)inform you that i have a saving account at the said branch.My account no is-[protected].The main fact is that I want want ATM card a few days after.i have also applied for that.but the manager Lalit Konar asked me to come 29th Dec 2011.Following his words I come to the bank to get the card that day positively.but it is very shamful fact that the manager give me date after date without any effort.At last today,the 06th jan 2012 ,I go to the bankto get it but the manager and staff (Mrs Nandita )misbehaved and rebucked me.Even they said roughly to go out from the office.I felt very insulting and I wonder how they showed rude and impolite treat. In this circumslances,I hope ,you will kindly take proper step and punishment immediately withoutany exeuse. Thanking you.
