I HAVE A ATM CARD WHICH IS IN BAD CONDITION THE MAGNETIC STRIP ON THE CARD HAS COME OUT AND THE PLASTIC HAS ALSO COME OUT HENCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE TO ATM CARD...
WENT TO BANK MADE A WRITTEN COMPLAIN THEY REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN ... AFTER THAT SO MANY TIMES I HAVE GONE AND FOLLOWED UP WITH THE BANK BUT THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION THEY PRETEND THEY ARE VERY BUSY BUT NOT BUSY FOR THE CUSTOMERS.. WHEN I CALLED THE BANK (WADALA BRANCH) THE SENIOR MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND THE FIRST TIME HE KEPT THE PHONE AND HE WAS TALKING ALL SENSELESS..
I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OTHER BANKS DOING SUCH THINGS THE OTHER BANKS ARE SO KIND TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE QUERIES ARE ANSWERED ASAP...
ITS BETTER NOT TO HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH CENTRAL BANK..
