Dear Sir, I am working as a JE in Public Health Engg. Departement Haryana but some time before i was working in MES Jammu Cantt but i was resign the post of JE & Join the state public health engg. depatement. My Permanent Retirement Account Number ( PRAN[protected] But i want to continue my PRAN Number in state govt. but no any one persons found who can change the secheme of centre govt. to state govt.
