I hereby state that the above consumer no. is used by me at my premises situated at 17/1/1 Topsia Road, Kolkata – 700039. I have paid all my Cesc bills timely to you and now to my surprise 2 days back when I go through CESC Website for this month bill printing and to pay the current month dues, the Website is showing the Consumer No. is incorrect, and yesterday also when I have contacted Customer Care No. 1912 the Customer care executive also reply me same thing. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and oblige.
