I have tranferred my work place from Mumbai to Amravati in maharshtra state and want to change my billing address to Amravati (maharashtra state). However when i approached to Airtel representatvie he has shown his inability to do so due to system constraint as i have been infoemed that the bombay Airtel circle & Maharashtra airtel cirle are different & has no connerction. as such the billing address can not be changed to amravati & there is no solution to this problem. I would like to exprtess my displeasure on the type of service Airtel is providing and would like to know the solution to this problem

i was abroad for 2 months and have since returned. I have applied for the reconnection of my landline 41609243, but have been told that it would take a week to reconnect.
why should it take this long?

AirTel — change in the address

I am using the air tel service with no - [protected] for more than 1 year, under the Maharashtra circle.

I would like to bring to your notice a problem which I or perhaps many other may also be facing.

I brought the connection from Pune, for the past 11 months I am residing in Mumbai so I am not able to receive the bill since it’s posted to the Pune address.

To avoid this I had given many request to the call centre and even to the collection agents who calls me in a very odd time.(I also do have the number from where I get the calls from)

Every time they tell me to go to Pune air tel gallery during the working days, and put a request over there.

Now my question is..

1) How can I leave my business and go to Pune air tel gallery

2) The traveling cost for a return trip from Mumbai to Pune will cost me Rs 1000/-

3) When the payment for any circle can be collected trough any airtel gallery then why can’t the change in address request.

4) When the bill can be send through emails then why can’t the address change request be taken from mail.
5) And to make the thing worse one I receive a sms stating my hello tone has been changed and that to a very awful tone with out any request from me and they have charged Rs 15/- for this from my account.

I had forwarded a mail to the CEO of the company on –(ceom&[protected]@airtel.in) which the gentle man has provided for the customer satisfaction, but Mr CEO doesn’t have the courtesy to revert a mail.

Kindly change the address, as mentioned below
