I have repeatedly send mails to vadafone regarding change of my existing plan to HSBC 199 plan but my connection has not been converted.
I have also sent scan copy of my HSBC I-card but till now plan has not been converted.
I have also called up customer care they always told me that they have not receieved any request.
Even, whenever I tried my relationship manager's number( Mr. Arjun Verma) his number is not reachable or busy.
Kindly help me in rectifying my problem.

i had recived call from your concern person, that i can chane my card to billing but even thou thay had taken from the money and documents thats not happend yet
i dont blame but i had tried to conact concern person from last one monthe every things in waill, what knid off service your giving me??????????
