Damaged luggage and miss behave

I am complaining against chennai delhi movers and packers.i booked on 1st june for shifting my luggage from sector 15 part II (Civil lines - Colony) Gurgaon to sector 9 .The contract was loading unloading and shifting. They shifted my luggage but my Full Sofa set cloth was damazed and My Tv Trolly glass has Broken and many more things has been damaged even they stolen my bill as well. when i was complaining then Mr. Kishan Sharma and Shamser miss behaved with me even i have send the complain throuhg message but he didn't refund me any amount even they dont want to listen the complain.
so i want to register my complain and take action against his company and These two employee of the company.
I will also complain in civil line than or sector 9 thana please update me as soon as.

at a time survey they are not ready to pay standers packing charge.so all things move with normal packing and also not pay any insurance charge.
