I booked my two wheeler and a 32kg travel bag full of costly personal dress/items on 1st of June from Chennai to Coimbatore. After 32 days I got my vehicle delivered in a bad condition and my travel bag is still not delivered. I have called them thousand times and these guys are rude and irresponsible. I do not know how to take action on them. Can someone please guide. This group do a day time robbery with advance cash payment from the customer , how can they be allowed to run this business. I don;t know how to collect my goods or get refund ..someone pls guide what kind of legal action can be taken against them?
