i met with an accident on 16 April .. no body was injured in that accident.Cause of accident was the burst of left front wheel.i called up the nearest service station for help . they ignored my request and said they can't help in transportation. This is worst part of there service. Then i myself arranged for truck and bring back to the nearest showroom near my home. Now its more than a month i not getting my car ( AVEO) back. Also i have to pay for all the scratch and loss during made during transportation. Its a pathetic service given by Chevrolet. Do Chevrolet have any answer of my questions..? If they are not providing any service after accident then they should at least pay for the loss made during transportation or all the things have to faced by customer only. There duty is only to sell the cars and fool the customers by saying that we will give you the best service? This is really the height. i wont even recommend any of my relative or friend to even look at a Chevrolet car. Because of them i am daily facing mental torture.

My name is Murali Ramachandran, i am using the spark from last 3 years. My vehicle number : KL9Y 194 Purchased from Palakkad Branch.
I am using spark, two days before our car running time suddenly break gone, i was travelling along with my family, god grace nothing had happened, i stopped the vehicle using hand break. After that we verified the problem the break pipe was broken because of rust.We taken the car to nearest workshop and the mechanic once again cleared the break pipe was leaking. I called to service department and reported the same matter.
I want know one thing how it will happened, it should rust proof or some other metals company have to use. What safety you are giving to customer life, because break is very important. I already reported the complaint through customer care, please do the need full action and i want proper explanation as well as compensation

I am using the Chevrolet Optra Megnum i got the clutch problem so i left my car in KHT CHEVROLET Service Center on[protected] and received my car on[protected] more than a month and they billed me 32 thousand. My vehicle is break down so called the help desk but they are telling me to bring the car for service center.

This is to bring to your notice that the service's were so pathetic .
Yesterday we had problem with my car & we seek help from road side assistance but no body was least bothered to help, this kind of services was not expected from Chevrolet india.

First call to customer care[protected] for help, second call ( [protected]) again for help. as per the customer care executive we have informed that the person will reach to you with in 60 minutes or max 15 minutes more. But unfortunately no body reached to us for 2 hrs.
The worst part was that when we have received call after 2 hrs sir where we have to come. For this incident we have suffered a lot, we were waiting at the road we were with family & kids with us & it was 2100 hrs some of the people were tracking us . Fortunately my friends helped me & i came to home around 00.00 hrs.

Kindly note if Chevrolet not able to provide such kind of service's so it is better to stop the service's. We can say you people simply harass your customer.

I have a lots of problem from last 2 years & the service centre but service centre did not give any of the attetion to its 12 year old customer so i did not suggest any of the person please do not buy the car of this company.

I have tell you latest problem was that this monday on[protected] my car was going to service centre problem was that the top gear was not working some parts of the car will change but after 5 days service centre manager says that the part was not in stock so i say that if the service centre has not proper stock or company did not provide the proper part stock so why i but your company car tell me also last 2 years some problems are as its after tell him in the service station but no attetion will pay through customer side because the service was very very very worst among all service staion in up.

The problems in my car was as follows -
1- left front door mirror was problem when open then do not close
2- left back door lock nob was not proeprly working when locked did not open from both side.
3- 3rd gear missing problem from last 1.5 years i tell him this problem all time but did not given any proper response by the service centre.
4-top gear did not work this problem create average problem in highway my car this time give me 4kmpl average.
5- any of the part will not in the service station stock.
6-last year company fitted the ac part but on the fitting ytime the part will break after that he delivered the car to me but i told him the problem he say nothing.
7-if the part was not available in the service centre he did not call to its customer because problems of the customers.
8- did not given any response at any time.

So overall your services is very very worst i only say that i am 12 years old customer & i think to change my old car to new cruze but when i see your services my idea has changed & i also did recommended anyone to buy the car of your comapny i complaint last year also was same but this time its too much.

M first experience was Bad enough began with the delivery of the newly launched Sail Hatch Back. The Dealer Ashtavinayak promised delivery and took full money and delivered One month after the promise date and too following up at the General Manager Level of GM - Chevrolet. Still today it is a big pain even after 1 and half year. We took the 3 years service package. In the very first service they wanted to charge as my service book did not received from their own office, is it my fault. Then after following up again and getting into mails tussle and manager level talks they got me paid and refunded later. The Body of car is so pathetic that even a cycle touches to car, you get deep dent in it. The service is so bad that one do not even like to enter the service centre. For a very small work also they take 2 days to deliver back the vehicle.
I do not know how such multinational company can function in this competition scenario. We have experience of TOYOTA, FORD, TATA, HYUNDAI and HONDA. We are being treated really as there valuable customer but at Chevrolet we never felt like going again to even to service center forget going to there any of there showroom.

Hope this feedback will help who is planning to go for Car of Chevrolet.

Dear sir, there is a service center in sec 8 Noida up. My problem is I dropped my chevrolet uva car for service. Next day when I took my car back, it was not properly done. engine was heating up too much and pick up was slow.Secondly they lost my fuel tank cover and denying now.Very poor service.They have untrained staff and donot attend properly
Dear All, Please don't even think of buying a Chevi Brand, if you dare to buy one you may have to regret for it later. Here is my story.. I booked a beat diesel top end model at Chevrolet showroom near Modi Hospital Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Took loan for that and paid immediately to showroom. But these people gave me delivery only after 2 months against promised immediate delivery. This is not all, i noticed a very low mileage of 12 KMPL Diesel, i brought it to their notice, but they were too unprofessional to say it gives good mileage after 1st servicing (7500KM). I was shocked to hear that since I am also a technical guy and knew that he is playing around but was helpless. I waited till 1st servicing and got it serviced hoping to get good mileage. But again the same fate 12KMPL they asked me to bring it so that they can check what’s wrong but i couldn’t make it since I had busy schedule. I drove it for nearly 12000 KM with the same mileage. Finally got time to visit them but they took my car for test drive every time 4-5 times at my cost, they used to drive for 40 Km every time and finally after a long wait they agreed to change the fuel nozzle. To my bad luck or their inefficiency i started getting 8KMPL..! much devastating. This time they gave another reason they told me that beat generally gives very good mileage but since I drive it in industrial area 12 kmpl is all what I can expect but gives 20+ in long drives. I decided to take it for a long drive too and noticed only 16KMPL. I was frustrated by this time and decided to sell it or bring the matter to consumer forum, but didn’t want others to go through the same ordeal. So decide not to sell it but to take it as a challenge. Brought it again to service centre by this time it was due for 2nd servicing (15000 KM). So asked them to take the issue seriously or face legal issue. Finally another part got replaced may be fuel injector. After that i took my car for another long drive and was a bit relaxed as it gave me 20KMPl. Not yet over my friends. On 2nd may 2015 I wanted to renew my insurance since it got lapsed. So had been to Chevrolet Showroom near Modi hospital road Rajajinagar and paid the whole amount after inspection. The person who took the responsibility told me that he is going to mail me softcopy the very next day and send me a hard copy through courier but even after 10 days I received nothing. So I decided to go to their place, my dad was also accompanied. I raised my voice for their inefficiency of not doing it in time. But to my surprise he also started raising voice and abused me and my dad verbally with singular words. There was a big exchange of words b/w we two and the manager intervened and apologized to us on behalf of him and not to elevate this to their superiors. That guy was not less than any rowdy and behaved in such an unprofessional manner. The whole day I was out of mood. This is the end I have decided not to go to their place any more. My only concern is that others should not suffer like me and my family.
Better Brands to buy: Maruti Suzuki or Hyundai
We had 2 Maruti 800’s and 3 Hyundai cars all were problem free and even servicing is good. People respect you as a customer and you will feel that pride.
Hyundai cars are a bit expensive when it comes to servicing for Eg Approx Rs 10000/- for diesel Verna, but still worth it.
If you have already decided to buy Chevrolet beat these are the points to be considered

1.) Best AC in its segment
2.) Very good Power Steering silk smooth
3.) Good to drive in city ( Good maneuverability)
4.) No power lag in inclination ( Good torque)
Con’s ( worst )
1.) Servicing
2.) Arrogant faculty (Un-civilized/Un professional people)
3.) They will be good to you only till you buy it
4.) Free servicing will cost you 5-6K
5.) Very bad bouncy back shock absorber
6.) Very light body not at all strong
7.) Back pain arises in long or prolong city drives
8.) No neck rest for rear seats
9.) Hopeless rest rooms in service centre’s which stinks 24X7 ( Absolutely no maintenance/Public bathrooms are far better)
10.) Feed backs will be asked, if you give negative feedback that will be your last feedback..!
So friends think twice before you buy, after all its your hard earned money., , !

I bought a Chevrolette Beat LTO Diesel on 5th January 2012 from Aakash
Cars Pondicherry.I did 2 services in Aakash cars.Then I shifted to
vellore.I am doing my service in Saayar Chevrolette Vellore.Since 3
years have been completed My warranty is over.Nobody informed me about
the extended warranty otherwise I would have paid and extended the
warranty.Now when I asked Saayar Chevrolette, they are telling that
before 2 months of the expiry of the warranty the extended warranty
amount should have been paid.Now what can I do? If
you are not in a position to give extended warranty to me then I can go
to any Multibrand Car service place and get it serviced.Since this is
your mistake of not informing me about the facility of extended
warranty please consider this as special case and give me an offer of
extended warranty.My vehicle number is PY-01-BP-3979.It is in my wife's
Name.Mrs.Susamma Wesley.I am working in Apollo Hospital Vellore.So far
there is no problem in my vehicle.The vehicle is in fine condition
because of Chevrolette Service.Prevention is better than cure.Because of

I have very bed experience of chevrolet dealer against spare they always speak spare is not available company can not control of dealer for always reply shortage of spare i have third time heard self experience from reply of dealer for spare is not available this spare is rear case requirement at last i have bed experience from gopinath cevrolet deler at bharuch nearest from vadodra (So meny show room in gujarat) my car break fail at 3km from bharuch i am go to deler of gopinath on 11/07/2015 at 4 to 5.00pm at cevrolet service station at bharuch staff mr. Bhavinbhai told to me no chance repairing alleasrt two three days due to spare not avalbel in my service center we have order to my head office at vadodara they send aprox monday courier after three days on (15/07/2015) ihave enquery to them they steel reply vadodara cetter not avalabel spare they order to pune aprox friday our spare avalable no bedy contect and phone me by cevrolet staff (No bedy satisfiy to me) i have personl visit on next surtday mr. Bhavinbhai reply me what can i do we helpless with out spare we have order same day on 11/07/2015 as soon as spare avaleble very bed service system i told mr. Bhavinbhai secon time one opetion can i breng your cevrolet deler from surat as lan basis or purchase they rply sorry we can not permission spare from other deler we have purchae only company or our deler branch what a great syster in new genration time …….. Service is something which is really bad for GM vehicles in india. I have given my car for service at Kropex, Singasandra in Bangalore and after 3 days they are telling they dont have the parts and they will give it after 1 week. They do not have the courtesy to call customer and inform. Chevy vehicles are good but because of poor service netwrok, GM is at the bottom 10% in terms of market share. Hope GM will do something to change this otherwise i can see their future in the next 5 years. They dont even publish service escalation email address or anything in their website other than the general email address and toll free number which is useless
I'm living in kota city i gave my (CAPTIVA) sound system for repairing it was haiving prob of bass which was not cmming properly and they sent that sound system to jaipur and they charged 2300 ₹ for dvd ejector n lens repair but when i got that sound system again then i found that bass prob again inspite of informing them abt that prob they not solved my prob and now when i'm trying to contact them they are ignoring my calls so please take step as soon as posssible
I didnt lyk this kind of service nor expected from chevy as it is my most preferable company
