ICICI Bank (Auto Loan) — CIBIL Records not updated since November 2007

I have applied for a home loan recently. I have received information that my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL but I have only a credit card of HDFC Bank and I have never default in making payment to them .Some times I have made bit late payment due to busy scheduled but from last 6 month I am making payment before due date and I am still using that card without any problem.
seek justice to get my names removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect and send me revert as soon as possible so that my loan can process .

Please help so that my Home loan can start.

I had applied for a housing loan from HDFC bank and it was rejected saying that my name was listed in the cibil report. I would like to clarify that I had become defaults list in some credit card issues, such as SBI Cards, ICICI card, Barkley card, Abn Ambro card. All these cards had become overdue and I have settled those cards before two years ago. Over and above I had availed some personal loans also from GE countrywise and HDFC Bank. These also settled by installments before two years. I am having the settlement letter from all the above financial instructions. Now I am concentrating on availing a housing loan and would like to construct a house my own in my native place. Sir, my name will be there in the list in my entire life time. I will not get any loan in my life time ? Can I know which are the companies made the bad remark on my name even though I had been settled the cases ? Please give me a detailed information about the financial institutions complained against me in the cibil report. Please.

There should be some action taken before putting someone name in defaulter list. Ex:- Before including name in defaulter list the proof need to be asked.

city bank and standard chartered bank — CIBIL database not updated

Dear Sir,

I had disputes with City Bank and Standard Chartered Bank regarding the wrong statements. So they had included my name in the defaulters list in the CIBIL. Now I had settled my accounts with both the banks only after paying money,but they had not updated CIBIL database and didnot remove my name from the CIBIL database.I have the settlement letter with me mentioning that they didn't have any more demand regarding the said credit card.

I am in terrible condition as my loan is not getting approved from any bank and I have to pay huge interest or have to loose my property with great loss.

Please look after the matter in urgent basis and let me know if I have to take any steps from my side.
