[Resolved]  CIBIL — TO KNOW THE DETAILS

Dear Sir,

I have informed by the City Bank people that my name is in CIBIL's defaulters list. I don't have any idea about defult payment, can you please help me for remove the name form civil.
let us know which payment was not paid by me.

I too apllied for SBI homeloan and got the info that there is some issue with the CIBIL data. SBI guys gave the control number details and i jus sent a mail to the given mailid.

How did you resolve your problem. Please advise. I have mailed my complaint no. taken from the bank for n.a.

i am a customer of a credit card company(barclay Bank). i m watching that somone from their collection deppartmrnt is paying cash on behalf of my amount due to barclay credit card and may due amount is increasing due to late payment and misscommunication to this company. this is quit unfair to see that.

Referance to your control number:39.72.77.068, I purchased a SONY Digital Camera on 05.10.2006 from Electronics World, 57/4A, NSC Bose Road, Tollygunge, Kolkata-700040.Regarding this matter I paid Rs.4339/- in cash, and the rest of amount I paid in 16 equal instalments and the date of my last instalment was 05.02.2008.So there is no outstanding against that above control number.
Therefore you are requested that, you may kindly issue me a clearence cirtificate by which I shall be benificial for my home lone from SBI Tollygunge Branch.

I was informed by Axis bank that my name is in the default list. Only information provided is a card open and close date. No idea which card and what it is. They are not giving any additional information.

Please help identify the card, so that I can take legal action against the bank for wrong reporting and defamation.
